How to get the Card?
Once you signed the sales&purchase agreement (SPA)&Loan Agreement(LA), company will arrange to deliver the Privillage card.
1.Members are required to present the Privilege Card.
2.Privilege Card cannot be used in conjunction with any on-going promotions unless mentioned otherwise.
3.The Privilege Card is non-transferable or assignable.
4.The Privilege Card is only valid at Global LCS Consultancy Sdn Bhd partner company.
5.Global LCS Consultancy Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any lost, damaged or theft of this Privilege Card.
6.The Management reserves the right to amend the privileges and terms and conditions of the Privilege Card at its sole discretion without any prior notice.

Where the context requires a Consignor, a Participating Provideror CSG agent, vendor, supplier, partner, contractor or service provider may be referred to as “you” or “your” herein.
2. Collection of Personal Data
2.1 “Personal Data” means information about you which you have provided to CSG, as the case may be including but not limited to your name, address, nationality, date of birth, NRIC No., valid driving license particulars, vehicle particulars, email address, telephone number, fax number, bank details, credit card details, gender, your occupation, your photo, and any verifiable proof of identity or information which may identify you, your spouse or family members that has been or may be collected, stored, used and processed by CSG from time to time.
2.2 In addition to the Personal Data you provide to CSG directly (i.e. during your communications with CSG and/or when you engage CSG through CSG App for services), CSG may also collect your Personal Data from a variety of sources, including without limitation at any events organized or sponsored by CSG and/or from the cookies used on the CSG website.
2.3 The provision of your Personal Data is voluntary. However, if sufficient Personal Data is not supplied, or is not satisfactory to us, CSG may not be able to (a) communicate with you; (ii) provide you the services you require or (b) access certain sections of the CSG App or Website where log in is required.
3. Purposes of Processing
3.1 CSG may use and process your Personal Data for the purposes relating to business and transportation, delivery and logistics and payment and financial services activities of CSG Network members which shall include, without limitation the following [“Purposes”]:
3.2 Where you are a Consignor [person requesting delivery] of the services provided by CSG network:
(a) to process, manage, verify and complete transactions with you;
(b) to deliver you with any transactions you have requested;
(c) where you have requested to download and use the CSG App, or any other CSG applications, to process your request, to deliver the CSG App to you and to provide you a license for the use of the CSG App;
(d) to process, manage or verify your application for subscription with the CSG network and to provide you the benefits offered to subscribers;
(e) to validate your bookings and process payments relating to any services you have requested;
3.3 Where you are a Participating Provider [driver or vehicle operator of transportation for delivery for Consignor], CSG agent, vendor, supplier, partner, contractor or service provider:
(a) to manage, verify and complete transactions with you;
(b) for the purposes of engaging you to provide services;
(c) to facilitate or enable any checks as may be required by CSG in order to engage you;
(d) to process payments relating to any products or services you have provided;
(e) to provide personalized feedback to you, so that you are able to identify specific areas for improvement;
(f) to assess safety and quality;
(g) to contact you in relation to the provision of your services.
(a) to improve our services;
(b) to respond to your requests or complaints;
(c) to communicate with you for any of the purposes listed in this Policy;
(d) for internal administrative purposes, such as auditing, data analysis, database records;
(e) to direct market our products and/or services to you;
(f) for purposes of detection, prevention and prosecution of crime;
(g) to comply with any regulatory, statutory or legal obligation imposed on us by any relevant authority.
4. Storage and Retention of Personal Data
4.1 CSG may engage other companies, service providers or individuals to perform functions on CSG’s behalf, and consequently may provide access or disclose to your Personal Data to the third parties such as those listed below (not exhaustive):
a) Authorised agents, contractors and third-party service providers who provide services to CSG for any of the Purposes contemplated at Clause 3 above;
b) Storage facility providers;
c) External professional advisors and auditors; and/or
d) Governmental departments and authorities.
4.2 CSG stores your Personal Data either in hard copies in our offices or in servers located in Malaysia or outside Malaysia. It may be necessary to transfer your Personal Information to third party services providers based/located outside Malaysia. By continuing usage of CSG App, website or services of CSG or CSG network, you hereby consent to such transfer.
4.3 CSG will retain any Personal Data supplied by you as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the Purposes stated in Section 3 above or is required to satisfy legal regulatory, accounting requirements or to protect our interests.
4.5 Save and except as provided in Clause 5 below, we do not offer any online facilities for you to delete your Personal Data held by us.
5. Access & Correction Requests and Inquiries
5.1 Subject to any exceptions under the PDPA, you may at any time hereafter request for access to, or for correction or rectification of your Personal Data or limit the processing of your Personal Data, or seek further information from CSG by contacting:-

5.2 Any individual who intends to exercise the abovementioned rights shall make a written request to CSG together with the prescribed fee as applicable. CSG shall, subject to exemptions, comply with the request and/or take reasonable steps not later than 21 days from the date of receipt of such request.
5.3 In respect of your right to access and/or correct your Personal Data, CSG has the right to refuse the your requests to access and/or make any correction to your Personal Data for the reasons permitted under law, such as where the expense of providing access to you is disproportionate to the risks to your privacy.
6. Data Security and Integrity
6.1 The security, integrity and confidentiality of your Personal Data are of the highest importance to CSG. Once any Personal Data comes into our possession, CSG will take reasonable steps to protect that information from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
6.2 Please be informed that despite the fact that CSG endeavors to use the most up-to-date technology and methods to protect your Personal Data, no security measures or encryption protocols, no matter how stringent, are perfect or impenetrable.
