Leadership RFMA 2020 - Application Form

Thank you for your interest in the Leadership RFMA 2020 program. The program is a one-year Leadership Development experience that will take you on a personal journey of discovery as you learn about your leadership style, learn advanced leadership topics, and learn how to become the best leader you can be. The program runs from January through December and consists of a classroom session (March 7-8 at the conference), webinar-based learning sessions, online reading, videos and activities, and collaboration with other participants on team projects.

The yearlong program including all learning elements is $200 per participant (this fee is additional to required RFMA 2020 conference registration).

If you are interested in participating, please complete this application form by the deadline of November 30, 2019. You will be notified of your status by December 20, 2019.

Note: Before submitting your application, you will be required to attach a signed/dated letter of recommendation written by your manager. The letter should include their perception of your leadership abilities and potential, and a statement signifying they will support you in the program by providing the time and resources needed to attend the sessions and complete the coursework. Please obtain this letter before completing the application form.
