MISSION STATEMENT

Leadership Fox Cities 2.0, a program of the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce, is for alumni of Leadership Fox Cities who wish to continue with a deeper community immersion experience.

BENEFITS OF LEADERSHIP FOX CITIES 2.0
- Participants gain access to leaders they may not have met and learn first-hand about community needs and resources beyond their previous Leadership Fox Cities experienence.
- Participants will engage in active learning by asking their own questions, using skills learned in Leadership Fox Cities while becoming more aware of community resources.
Leadership Fox Cities 2.0 thoughtfully considers information submitted on this application. Applicants should have the full support of the organization or business they represent. Please complete each section fully and submit no later than August 1, 2022.

COMMITMENT
You are expected to attend all sessions from 8:00am-Noon on October 25, 2022, January 24. 2023, March 28, 2023 and May 23,2023.
TUITION
If accepted into the Leadership Fox Cities 2.0, you or your employer will be billed for the tuition fee which covers all training, education and meal expenses. If your company is a member of the Fox Cities Chamber, or if you are a Leadership Fox Cities active Alumni Association Member, your tuition will be $1,000. For non-members, tuition is $1,500. Tuition payment is to be fully paid by September 1, 2022.

I understand the purposes of the Leadership Fox Cities 2.0 and if I am selected I agree to commit the time and energy necessary to complete the program. I understand that attendance is mandatory, and failure to attend may result in my dismissal from the class without a tuition refund.
